Insurance Claims 

If your pet is insured and you wish to make a claim please get incontact with your insurance company, as some insurance companies are able to process claims online and do not require a form; this also makes the whole process alot quicker. 

Once you have started the claim, we will then complete the veterinary part for you; this includes the invoices and medical history.

We kindly ask that clients pay us directly for their pets treatment. This is then reimbursed to the client from the insurance company once the claim has been processed, deducting the excess. Different insurance companies vary on how quickly they process claims.
